Despite having no prior literacy skills, these women participated in the Sirha Gastronomy Fair held in Lyon, France, and in Istanbul, where their locally prepared dishes received widespread recognition. Following the successful completion of the program, 108 participants secured employment in various fields. By transforming their cultural knowledge into productive skills, they continue to earn their livelihoods through culinary work while preserving and passing on their traditional food heritage to future generations.
