Hosted by the Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye in Prague and attended by leading representatives of the Czech business community, the Turkish cuisine presentation brought Anatolia’s rich and multi-layered culinary heritage together at a single table. At this distinguished reception, guests were offered a refined and well-balanced menu composed of one representative dish from each of Türkiye’s seven geographical regions.
The essential ingredients that gave this culinary journey its distinctive spirit were transported from Mardin to Prague. The table set on this occasion conveyed not only the diversity of Turkish cuisine, but also its deep connection to geography, craftsmanship, and collective memory—sharing this enduring bond with an international audience through the universal language of gastronomy.
